Decodes the cancellation request.
Only supported on NVIDIA SM100+ GPUs.
Args:
- result (
Pointer[UInt128, address_space=AddressSpace.SHARED]): A pointer toUInt128that make up the cancellation request result to decode.
Returns:
UInt32: True if the cancellation request is canceled, False otherwise.
