default_prologue(body: List[OpDesc], config: PipelineConfig) -> List[ScheduleEntry]

Derive prologue for single-buffer pipeline from body + config.

Delegates to single_buffer_prologue_recipe() via apply_phase_recipe(). Sequence: fill (load→store→barrier), prefetch (load), loop-carried fragment, schedule fence.

Returns:

List[ScheduleEntry]
