modular auth

Authorizes access to Modular services.

Synopsis

modular auth [options] <auth_token>

Description

Authorizes your access to Modular services, such as your access to install MAX.

This bootstraps authentication and authorization for Modular, and should rarely be necessary. When you install the modular tool or you delete your modular.cfg file, you'll need to run this command without any arguments.

The auth_token argument is deprecated as of modular CLI v0.5.

--upgrade, --refresh

Refresh entitlements to reflect the most up to date status. This requires an internet connection.
