dump_program_blocks

def dump_program_blocks(program: PipelineProgram, config: PipelineConfig)

Print the MMA block layout for diagnostic analysis.

Shows each block's fragment loads, global loads, and MMA with stage/subtile annotations. Useful for debugging schedule construction and verifying that prefetch loads don't land in unsafe positions relative to fragment loads.
