Calculate the total size (product of all elements) of an IntTuple.

This function computes the product of all integer values in the IntTuple, regardless of nesting level.

Args:

• ​a (IntTuple): The IntTuple whose elements will be multiplied together.

Returns:

Int: The product of all elements in the IntTuple.
