Compute accumulator pipeline barrier arrival counts.
Parameters:
- EPILOGUE_THREADS (
Int): Number of epilogue threads per CTA. - cta_group (
Int): Number of cooperating CTAs in a group, either 1 or 2.
Returns:
StaticTuple[Int, Int(2)]: StaticTuple of (producer_arv_count, consumer_arv_count).
