def get_hilbert_lut_with_cache(ctx: DeviceContext, grid_x: Int, grid_y: Int) -> DeviceBuffer[DType.uint32]

Get Hilbert lookup table using global cache (no struct needed).

Args:

ctx (DeviceContext): The device context used to allocate or reference the device buffer.
grid_x (Int): The number of blocks along the x dimension of the grid.
grid_y (Int): The number of blocks along the y dimension of the grid.

Returns:

DeviceBuffer[DType.uint32]
