OutputFusionTile
Trait for tile-based output fusion structs that provide custom store behavior for a TileTensor.
The tile analog of OutputFusion: store is terminal (owns the store and
returns nothing), where ComputeOutputFusionTile.compute transforms a tile
and returns it for the primary kernel to store.
Takes two copiers, both chosen by the calling kernel: copier loads any aux
epilogue inputs (e.g. a broadcast bias) into local, and store_copier
writes the transformed tile out to the output. Passing the store copier
(rather than having the graph compiler synthesize one) keeps the copier
choice with the kernel author.
