is_broadcast_available

def is_broadcast_available() -> Bool

Reports whether the vendor CCL broadcast symbol is loadable at runtime.

Probes the NCCL/RCCL shared library for the ncclBroadcast symbol without calling it. Returns False if the library is absent or the symbol cannot be resolved.

Returns:

Bool: True if ncclBroadcast is available, False otherwise.
