Args:

ManagedTensorSlice[IOSpec[_, _].Output, static_spec=output_buffer.static_spec]): Output tensor receiving the nonzero indices. - input_buffer (
ManagedTensorSlice[IOSpec[_, _].Input, static_spec=input_buffer.static_spec]): Input tensor whose nonzero indices are found.
